Package size
Our hand-dyed yarn comes in packages of 10 skeins, which corresponds to 1 kg for all yarn types except our lace yarns, where this corresponds to and ½ kg.

Skeins in all types of merino wool and Chunky mohair are 100 g. Lace yarns come in skeins á 50 g. Labels with yarn specifics are in English.

Colorways
The current colorway catalog can be found here but note that in principle all the colors can be ordered on any yarn base (does not apply to Potluck/Gryteflaks/OOAK). Just be aware that the colors play out slightly differently on superwash-treated yarn and untreated yarn. The skeins in the pictures in the catalog are representative of the colors, but are not the same skeins you will receive. Variations in color intensity can occur and are part of the charm of hand-dyed yarn.

Delivery
Normal delivery time is 1 - 4 weeks – in periods up to 6 weeks, and is determined by our total workload, as well as the size of your order. If yarn has to be ordered in from our supplier, this is in addition to production time (usually approx. 2-3 weeks). In that case, you will be informed about this as soon as possible after you have placed your order. If it only applies to parts of the order, we will deliver what we can as soon as possible.

Terms of payment
We accept payment by bank transfer only. Standard conditions are advance payment for orders outside Norway. Shipping/delivery is additional, and will be charged net in accordance to the agreement with our carrier, equivalent to weight, size and number of parcels. This will be added on invoicing. We choose the most affordable option that offers business delivery and bill net cost.

Extra
If desired, an information letter can be ordered in pdf format (free) or on paper containing among other, advise on recommended handling of hand-dyed yarn and knitted garments.
